I may be great on the photography end, but this social networking is off to a slow start!
Since I blogged last, I've completed photography for the 2011 Harley-Davidson calendar. I believe it will be the best location calendar I've done for them to date and will hit the shelves of book stores in October. In the 90's I shot the Harley-Davidson "Dreamgirls" calendar, with some amazing models, that included Pamela Anderson and Cindy Margolis, among so many others.
Recently, I have been incorporating more of my climbing and outdoor adventures into my commercial photography. I just returned from some great climbing in Joshua Tree. I am still aiming to tackle the Nose of El Capitan this year, and as soon as the snow melts off in Yosemite I will be there continuing to build my aid climbing skills so that I can reach my goal.
When I am not working or seeking out my next big adventure, I spend time with my family. My kids aren't kids anymore. My daughter is driving! My son just got a job working at a vegan cafe, and he's loving it. My wifes store, Vidiots, is ramping up to start film classes and they already have some exceptional instructors and independent film makers lined up. KCRW did an interview for this new venture, and customers are excited. As you can see, my family has a lot going on right now.
As for me, I am going to work on keeping my blogging current. I have gotten a lot of positive feedback on this new website. Keep sending me your comments, I love hearing what you have to say.
